A new 100,000 cph TKS press is now in operation at Kyoto Shimbun's Kumiyama printing plant.

The Color Top Century press comprises three towers, two mono units, a folder and five reelstands, enabling it to print 40 pages with 24 pages in colour. It has a rated speed of 100,000 copies per hour.

Kyoto Shimbun Holdings has four TKS presses, including two Color Top Century presses already installed at Kumiyama. These are being reconfigured and upgraded, and with the new press will enable them to consolidate both plants into a single location.
