Manugraph's US subsidiary, Manugraph Americas is taking advantage of the country's Chapter 11 protection to reorganise its business.

Based in Elizabethville, in Pennsylvania's "Dauphin country", the company traded as Dauphin Graphic Machines (DGM) until its acquisition by Manugraph India in 2006. It offers a range of new and used single-width presses, the former now increasingly sourced from India, plus ancillary equipment including its Digital Motion Control drive system (pictured).

Reuters reported that the company filed a voluntary petition in the Middle District of Pennyslvania last Thursday (June 1).
