Sun Chemical has announced that it has finalised formation of a joint venture with Alliance Holding to create Sun Chemical Saudi Arabia.

Alliance is the parent of Ink Products Company.

A leading manufacturer of printing inks in the peninsula region, Sun plans to retain its position as a leading ink supplier to the local publication and packaging market, and says the JV reinforces its commitment to the the Middle East.

Sun Chemical previously announced that it will own a majority share of the new joint venture, terms of which were not disclosed.
