Goss International has recruited two senior executives who will be "force multipliers" in its restructuring and renewal, chief executive Mohit Uberoi says.

Stanley Blakney joined as chief operating officer and Durham, New Hampshire, site leader earlier this year, and Sven Doerge has been hired as chief financial officer.

Blakney was mostly recently global operations vice president at Rexnord's VAG Global, where he completed a two-year assignment

With experience in overseeing and implementing lean business practices globally, he will be responsible for efficiency and driving results. "Stan will work with our management team and employees to continue to build a customer-responsive, financially strong company with great products and services," says Uberoi.

Doerge was previously chief financial officer at Festo Americas, providing financial leadership to nine regional companies. Since 2014, he has been a board member of the German American Chamber of Commerce New York and serves on its audit and finance committee.

Uberoi says since its acquisition by AIP in September 2015, Goss has been transformed into a profitable company with a streamlined product line, annual revenues exceeding $200 million, and a renewed commitment to customer satisfaction by strengthening its aftermarket support programme. "Both Stan and Sven will be force multipliers to our efforts to rebuild Goss into a very customer-focused organisation," he says.
