Elpical recruits for 'game changing' product launch

Claro image software developer Elpical has appointed Derek Milne as international sales and marketing manager.

Apart from direct responsibility for existing markets in northern Europe, his role includes supporting distributor networks throughout the rest of the world and "enhancing the marketing and business strategies" to support new product developments.
Milne describes his new role as "ideal", growing Claro business with its traditional customer base while developing "new and innovative markets".

Owner and chief executive John De Jong says a number of new and game changing products are soon to be released, with Milne to provide a creative source for marketing and the generation of sales strategies.

Milne's 25 years in graphic arts includes the last 13 in the USA, most recently as business development director for News Hub Media/PuzzleFlow, He has also worked for OneVision, FFEI, WAM!NET and 3M, and holds a BSc in graphic media from Watford College of Print.
