Richmatt adds QuadTech to growing portfolio

Malaysia-based Richmatt Graphics has added control systems vendor QuadTech to a portfolio which includes Indian press maker Manugraph.

The new agency for QuadTech's register control, colour control and digital ink covers Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.

Based in Selangor Darul Ehsan in Malaysia's capital of Kuala Lumpur, Richmatt's broad spectrum of agencies also includes Swedish mailroom systems maker Schur Wamac and newspaper editorial systems developer Protecmedia.

Its customer base include New Straits Times Press, Utusan Malaysia, Malaysia Nanban, Sin Chew Jit Poh, Munsang Printers, Singapore Press Holdings and Gramedia Printing Group.

Managinf director Roach Michael says demand for colour quality and reduced waste is increasing pressure on printing operations: "Our job is to inform printers of the benefits of automating colour and register controls to reduce their waste and keep their production costs low. With QuadTech's extensive product portfolio and solid reputation in this field, we can now help our customers to achieve this goal."
