Danish business newspaper Børsen is replacing three publishing systems with a single-platform solution for content creation and distribution.

The publisher has opted for CCI and Escenic's CUE platform, replacing a Newscycle system, Visiolink e-paper and a homegrown CMS.

Chief information officer Ann Fogelgren-Pedersen says the platform will be a critical component on Børsen's digital journey: "We look forward to working more mobile and channel independently as well as being agile enough to adapt to a fast-moving media landscape," she says.

Editorial staff will use the same platform for production of all content as well as distribution to all channels, with CUE functioning as an overall content hub. The headless content management system will allows current and future tools to be integrated into the platform, eliminating the process of going back and forth between different tools and user interfaces.

Børsen will also be able to further develop the system on its own, ensuring adaptability to the constantly changing media landscape.
