Former mechanical engineer Taku Miyachi has been appointed head of overseas sales at TKS (USA).

Miyachi also takes over the roles of president and chief executive, following the resignation of Nobuyuki Nakajima.

The outgoing head of overseas sales, Nakajima had worked in the US newspaper industry for 20 years.
