Norske Skog's chairman and chief executive have both increased their holdings in the papermaking company.

An advisory notice announced that chair of Norske Skogindustrier ASA Jon-Aksel Torgersen has bought 500,000 shares at NOK 1.90 each through his wholly-owned company Fiducia AS, bringing his holding to 3,486,644 shares.

President and chief executive Sven Ombudstvedt bought 300,000 shares at NOK 1.925, bringing his holding to 2,012,149 shares (of which 1,000,000 is through his company Elle Holding).
