The cloud-based technology takes a modular and open API approach, controlling costs through license-based fees, and is first-party identity-ready, setup for privacy compliance and a post-cookie world.
More than three years in the making, Flow claims to give marketers enhanced control over their own data, and is "configurable, transparent and secure".
