The Columbus Dispatch has something to show when it hosts USA’s Great Lakes/MidStates Newspaper Conference next month.

The newspaper has hosted the event several times in its 143-year history, but it’s an event just last year that has had heads turning. The Dispatch reinvented itself in an entirely redesigned sectionalised compact format delivered by world-first technology.

The conference itself – from March 21-22 at the Columbus Marriott Northwest in Dublin, Ohio – also promises an opportunity for production specialists to network and learn from some of the region’s most experienced professionals.

Three tracks cover prepress, press and postpress with ‘real-world’ experiences, best practice, problem solving, strategic vision and developing trends.

Saturday’s schedule also includes lunch and a casino nightreception, and networking event.
