Heatset developments for UK customers including a hybrid heatset/inkjet M-600 will feature in Goss International’s presentations at Ipex next month.
The company is about to announce the hybrid order which includes inline inkjet capabilities for personalisation and zoning.
New UK investments in Goss technology in the UK have included large-scale investment by Polestar – who bought three Sunday 5000 presses to be installed shortly – and a 48-page Goss Sunday 4000 press for York Mailing at the former Pindar site in Scarborough.
Goss will also have demonstrated its new automated single-width Magnum Compact newspaper press in Shanghai by the time the London trade show opens, and plans to announce first orders publicly next month.
Ipex (March 24-29 at London’s ExCel centre) will also be a platform for Goss to highlight web offset technology advances including its Vpak packaging print systems.
