After hosting the regional Publish Asia conference last year, WAN-Ifra India 2014 settles back to its familiar format.
The twenty-second annual conference of WAN-Ifra in South Asia is being held in New Delhi from September 17-18.
The conference will again have three parallel tracks – a Newsroom Summit, Printing Summit and Cross-media Advertising Summit – covering a full range of topics for delegates.
Under discussion are business and technology challenges, and the programme will direction into the future of the news publishing industry in the region. “The conference draws much significance in the backdrop of the digital media revolution facing the South Asian news publishing industry in one hand and the challenge of managing the growth of print media business on the other,” says senior manager for events and supplier services V Antony.
Prior to the main conference, three parallel workshops will take place on September 16.
There is no formal expo, but the event will offer a limited number of info tables and a variety of sponsorship opportunities for suppliers.
