UK group Langley Holdings – which bought manroland Sheetfed from administration – is to acquire DruckChemie.

The German print chemicals went into administration in September, and privately-owned Langley signed contracts last Friday. Cartel clearance is expected “imminently”.

DruckChemie has annual revenues of about 75 million Euros and around 300 employees and is Europe's leading print chemicals producer, with locations throughout Europe and an operation in Brazil.

Langley is debt free and entered the print sector with the manroland Sheetfed acquisition in January 2012.
