If you missed the World Publishing Expo and Ifra India – or even if you didn’t – WAN-Ifra’s Digital Media Asia will be the place to catch up.

Asia's largest conference on digital news media returns to Singapore on November 18-21.

Answering the fascination with all things New York Times, Alice Ting, who is licensing and syndication there and responsible for the financial performance of its various brand extension businesses globally, will explain how these are designed, implemented and monetized.

She is among a raft of media experts and publishers from Asia and the rest of the world sharing their best practices and challenges.

Others are Marc Lourdes – regional managing editor of Yahoo News Digest, explaining how the app is produced in tandem with teams in the US and Europe – and WAN-Ifra regular Kalle Jungvist, who is special advisor to the chief executive of Schibsted and contributes to the design of the Scandinavian media group online and mobile strategy.

From nearer home is Julian Tan, head of Singapore Press Holding’s digital division, who will present the new unit’s top priorities for strategic growth of its online and mobile businesses.
