A surge of new orders has prompted upgrades to the seven-tower Goss press at Italian printer STEC.

Alberto Vescovi, director of Società Tipografico Editrice Capitolina in Rome says with extra demands on the Uniliner press, they are working with QIPC-EAE to ensure it will perform to current standards.

"We are very proud to have earned the trust of new partners, and want to make sure we can deliver a printed product of the highest quality as efficiently as possible," he says.

With experience of working with QIPC-EAE in Monza and agent GMDE, they are installing a 'performance package' of 14 mRC-3D cameras for colour register and another 14 mRC-3D cameras for cut-off and sidelay. A new interface and retrofit of EAE's Info system is part of the package.
