Atex integrates EzyInsights into DM content production

A partnership with EzyInsights will provide an integrated 'roadmap' to Atex users on metrics such as social engagement.

Operating within the Digital Media content production suite, the Ezy tools will help journalists to view how stories are performing and allow them to monitor social analytics.

Discovery features give instant access to articles on the same subjects that have surfaced on social networks, and publishing optimisation tools will tell editors the best time to post an update on social networks.

The copany says that while page views and number of unique users are still important, new metrics such as social engagement are helping newsrooms understand readers and reach financial goals. Social engagement reveals what content users find compelling and what motivates them to endorse (or attack) it publicly.

EzyInsights provide real time views on social post performance with the additional benefit of providing comparisons against posts on the same subject by competitors. Tools are also used for content discovery, with configurable dashboards that give an overview of the fastest engaging content published on the social sphere.
