Swedish free newspaper publisher DirektPress has gone live with Atex's cloud-based Cross-advertising CRM solution
DirektPress publishes 39 local free titles a week with a total circulation of just over 1.2 million copies, and uses Cross-advertising as an end to end solution to streamline ad sales for all media.
The latest version delivers a new web-based front end including enhanced CRM capabilities, which sales manager Kristofer Sahlström says was easy to set up and continuously adapt. "As a sales manager I can manage and follow all activities and sales for the different sales teams," he says.
