Gemstone helps unleash opportunities for Dennis & Gnasher

Miles 33's Gemstone advertising system is helping unleash the market potential of Beano characters Dennis and Gnasher.
The system is used to sell digital inventory, pre roll and sponsored content following a go-live at Beano Studios. The "rebellious" three-year-old content business creates, curates and delivers entertainment for "kids of all ages", having taken the children's comic and IP. Content includes Dennis & Gnasher: Unleashed! on CBBC and now sold across 26 territories worldwide.
Beano needed a CRM and booking system for beano.com, a website with more than a million unique visitors. In addition to traditional digital inventory; Beano Studios also sell white label solutions and co-branded content, interactive formats and audience insight.
Commercial managing director Hayley Granston said the company investigated a number of systems. "We wanted a robust integrated CRM and booking solution with the flexibility for supporting new commercial opportunities."
The Studio produces diverse entertainment across multiple destinations; including TV, digital content, theatrical projects, consumer products, plus the legendary comic and annual.
The multi award-winning Beano.com is the UK's fastest growing kids' entertainment site, with five million monthly reach across the Beano network. Beano Studios' International Emmy nominated Dennis & Gnasher: Unleashed! has now landed on Netflix in the US after becoming the CBBC's highest rated animation at launch and sold across Europe. In 2018 SO Beano!, a presenter-led entertainment show inspired by the hottest trends and most loved content on Beano.com, launched on Sky Kids.
