UK publisher Archant has gone ahead with the launch of a new weekly despite operational restrictions from the COVID-19 epidemic.

Trade publication HoldtheFrontPage has reported that the home-delivered Torbay Weekly has gone ahead as planned, with its editorial team all working from home.

While the paper will settle down to a circulation of 20,000, it was launched with a substantial coronavirus update and a print run of 65,000.
