Hitesh Oberoi, managing director and chief executive of Indian recruitment advertising company Info Edge is among speakers at this year's RecPlus conference in Berlin.
Oberoi will share thoughts in a 'fireside chat' format, discussing global and local trends in recruitment advertising. Among topics are how InfoEdge subsidiary Naukri became such a dominant force, and developments that shape the future in emerging markets.
Ahead of the RecPlus conference (March 1-2), organisers promise "deep dive" preconference workshops, details of which are still to be announced but likely to include Blockchain, AI and machine learning.
Other speakers include IIonka Jankovich of Netherlands-based Randstad Innovation Fund, a global leader in HR services and owner of Monster.com. Randstad is the company's strategic corporate venture fund and aims to expand from early-stage to expansion-stage, with a focus including online platforms, big data analytics, machine learning, sourcing, screening and selection tools.
Talking innovation, "from investing in start-ups to running my own" is Ana Izquierdo, chief executive of Spanish recruitment software company Talent Clue, who can talk both investment and execution. She joined Talent Clue in 2013 as chief executive to develop it into a product-focused company.
