Indian multimedia news and entertainment platform Network18 has renewed its exclusive partnership with discovery and native ad platform Outbrain.
The deal will extend access to publisher tools, marrying editorial curation with personalisation, and driving audience growth and engagement, and increasing revenue opportunities, the company says.
Network18's digital network - News18, Moneycontrol, Firstpost and Topper Learning - claims an "exceptionally unique" user base with 100 million visitors a month.
Network18 Digital president Puneet Singhvi says the collaboration will ensure it can maintain a brand safe and quality environment for users and advertising partners. "Our partnership with Outbrain will enable us to surface our own quality content to new qualified audiences while driving significant monetization," he says.
Outbrain's head of India Sandeep Balani says the partnership is focussed on driving strategic and sustainable growth while connecting the world's leading brands to the group's quality audiences.
He says Outbrain India continues to gain momentum by signing four "essential publisher deals" in 2019, further strengthening its presence in the region. Outbrain operates in 55 countries and is headquartered in New York city.
