Following last year’s merger, WAN-Ifra’s World Printers Forum and DistriPress are collaborating in a new community aimed at spanning the entire supply chain from paper supplier to retailer.
Both have their own upcoming events planned – WPF with the World Printers Summit in Munich (October 8-9) and DistriPress with its Annual Congress in Malta (October 12-15).
Now a combined three-part webinar is being planned, “designed to give you new perspectives from up and down the supply chain”.
The first of these will address:
-navigating legislation (September 4): How compliance drives the future of print & distribution;
-the ‘Big Squeeze’ (September 25): Challenges and opportunities in a cost-centric print and distribution industry; and
-emerging innovations in print distribution (November 6): Smarter, greener, personalised.

A message from the two organisations promises to “find innovative solutions, explore new ideas and stand strong in our shared belief in the power of print”.
Established in 1955 to support and promote the global circulation and distribution of press products, DistriPress merged with WAN-Ifra last year following an extraordinary general assembly in May.
