Goss users caught some Florida sunshine during Friday's Users' Group event.

The half-day programme at Tampa's Saddlebrook Resort focussed on 'What can Goss do for you?", covering issues such as pro-active service visits, flexible logistics and even payment plans.

After introductions and a welcome from business development director John Gallagher, Stan Blakney (chief operating officer) updated on the company and its recent acquisitions, including GAC and Loudon Machine.

Ian Buckley (pictured) talked upgrades and enhancements, and there was an introduction to the new Omniflow inking system John Gallagher, as well as presentations on the service and parts teams.
