A 19th century former stock exchange, the world's most famous art gallery, and a ballroom from the era of Napoleon III... INMA has set the scene for its 90th World Congress of News Media.

Plans for next year's event in Paris from April 23-28, were presented to delegates on the last day of this year's Congress in New York. More than 500 delegates from more than 50 countries are expected as the event - which includes a media conference, five seminars and a study tour - returns to Paris.

The Congress venue, Palais Brongniart (pictured), is a 19th century former stock exchange "reimagined" as a conference facility in Paris' Vivienne district, where the media conference and seminars will be held.

INMA has chosen The Louvre for its opening reception, and will have an exclusive viewing of famous works including the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo.

The closing awards dinner will be held in the Opera Ballroom of the Intercontinental - Le Grand, an historical landmark from the Napoleon III era.

In addition to a conference focused on broad themes related to strategic direction with keynotes and informative panels, the week includes seminars on smart use of data analytics, global best practices, advertising, editorial and print innovation.
