manroland Web Systems has appointed Mandiri Anugerah Nusantara as its new sales and service partner for Indonesia, and will also locate a service delegate there.
The Surabaya-based company – represented by managing director Wenly Setiawan and technical director Bambang Rudiyanto – took over at the beginning of September.
Gerald Benz, the German press maker’s deputy sales vice president, describes the arrangement as “a fantastic solution” for its Indonesian customers: “The company represents a number of high-end German printing products among them W+D and IST UV systems.
“We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Mandiri Anugerah Nusantara and their highly experienced management team. That basis ensures excellent customer care for manroland customers in Indonesia.”
Wenly Setiawan has 27 years of experience in sales and after sales service with prepress, press, and postpress brands including Agfa, Kodak, Screen, manroland, MBO, Wohlenberg, Kolbus, Nilpeter and Drent Goebel. Bambang Rudiyanto is a long-standing professional in handling production, maintenance, technical matters and service.
“manroland web systems is highly committed to improve service support and customer care in the busy and important Indonesian market,” says Benz. “We are going to open another office in Jakarta soon, and are planning to delegate Andreas Eichhorn from manroland web systems in Germany as a regional executive service manager for South East Asia to be based in Indonesia later this year.”
