Starcom Mediavest is one of the first to take up a new modular Twitter tool for agencies.
The agency giant is pioneering Twitter Flight School in Australia, with other agencies to be rolled out shortly.
The online resource designed to inspire creativity and help agencies make the most of marketing on Twitter, as the platform goes commercial.
Interest from agency partners inspired the development of the learning hub, with Australia the first market to launch it in the Asia Pacific. The other pilot agencies are Carat ANZ, Mindshare and OMD.
Starcom managing director Annick Perrin says its aim is to ensure a 100 per cent completion rate nationally: “In turn this will help us produce great work with social and mobility at the heart for our clients and their customers."
Twitter Flight School – which can also be accessed from mobiles – has content in bite-size modules to address different agency roles and functions, including senior leadership, account planning and campaign management.
Twitter says it will regularly update the curriculum to help agencies bring the most creative, impactful strategies to their clients.
