With so much to talk about, organisers of Swinburne Institute's CXI Futures Forum have decided to make its public seminar free.
One focus of the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival, just finished in Austin, USA, was about the democratisation of content and the importance of knowledge-sharing in the modern information economy.
With a belief in building a collaborative community of customer experience professionals in Australia, Forum organiser the CXI Research Group has made "a few tweaks" to their upcoming Futures Forum, with plans for similar changes at many other future events.
As a result, the Customer Experience & Insights Research Group's Futures Forum public seminar on April 4 will now be a free event to share knowledge as far and wide as possible. Attendees who have purchased tickets to that event will be given a refund.
The venue has also been moved.
The Forum brings together leaders in customer experience to draw upon global knowledge, identify areas of opportunity for the Australian market, and discuss ideas and strategy moving forward.
