New Zealand Yellow Pages is to install a 500 seat Miles 33 advertising system for its print and digital publications.

The ERP advertising and reporting solution will provide functionality to manage and deliver advertising to various forms of digital and print media including 18 regional editions of Yellow and White Pages and 22 local directory editions.

Miles 33 Asia-Pacific director Ken Anderrson says the driver has been Yellow’s need to build new media channels using internet and mobile devices: “They have a well thought out strategy for revenue growth through the provision of new products and services in a media agnostic way,” hje says.

Yellow chief executive Bruce Cotterill  says Miles had a customer centric model and could provide a high level of support. “Finally, Yellow has the responsibility to deliver the best ROI possible to its shareholders and the Miles solution supports us in achieving this mandate.”

The system will support customer acquisition and content management, production and ad tracking, online customer self service, billing and A/R, as well as providing business intelligence reporting tools to monitor revenues and identify new areas of opportunity.

Formed in 1988, Yellow publishes print, online and mobile directories, as well as ‘Retirement Guide’ and ‘New Zealand Tourism Guide’ online directory.
