Australian vendors group GAMAA has named its new president and vice president following a retreat in the NSW Hunter Valley.

Ferag’s Ian Martin gets the top job, replacing Mitch Mulligan, with Livio Barbagallo of Muller Martini as vice president.

Both will hold the positions for two years.

Martin says he is excited by the opportunity: “GAMAA is a truly unified association and this has been reinforced at the retreat where members developed its future directions. Around our table sit commercial competitors, but when we are there on behalf of GAMAA there is a single commitment based on working with the industry towards a sustainable future and that is very rewarding”.

Returning members of the executive board are Meredith Darke (DIC), Brett Maishman (Fuji Xerox), Mitchell Mulligan (Böttcher) and Alastair Hadley (Heidelberg).

Brent Stephens (Flint) stepped down and is replaced by Adrian Fleming (Kodak).
