Northern Bavarian publisher Nürnberger Presse is adding ppi Media's AdSelf self-service-portal to a systems installation which already includes the company's Content-X CMS.

The new portal allows advertisers to book ads in daily publications via an HTML5-based white-label-solution. At the same time, the integrated alfa Stylo ad editor will replace existing internal editors.

Nürnberger Presse has taken on the set up and implementation of AdSelf, ensuring they will be able to react quickly and independently in making system adjustments for new market conditions, and will use the technology to upgrade to Windows 10.

"We expect the new portal to offer us significantly more efficient processing for small ads," says advertising marketing head of commercial systems and processes Torsten Wiethe.

Progressive implementation of AdSelf is planned for summer of 2019, joining Content-X - developed by ppi Media and Digital Collections - which has been in use on special topics and magazines since last year.
