Entries closing for North American Digital Media Awards

WAN-Ifra is being partnered by the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas for this year's North American Digital Media Awards.

Entries for the competition, which honours the most groundbreaking and innovative digital media projects, close on February 28.

Past winners include the New York Times, Washington Post, Globe and Mail, NBC Universal, STAT, Alabama Media Group, Splinter, Los Angeles Times, Axios, Le Devoir, Guardian US, Vox Media, Quartz and La Presse.

Submissions will be judged by a diverse international panel, with North American winners qualifying for the 2020 World Digital Media Awards competition, against projects from Africa, Asia, South Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. World awards winners will be honoured at WAN-Ifra's World News Media Congress in Zaragoza, Spain (June 17-19).
