From premium auto brand BMW to a role supporting Swedish software vendor Roxen… that’s the career move for new customer success manager Susana Cortés.

Her new role, covering North and Latin America, will see her “keep learning and be part of a team focussed on always exceeding expectations,” she says.

Roxen president and chief executive Per Östlund says the new role has been created to ensure all customers get “the expected returns” on their investments.

“Susana’s background and personality makes her a good match for the role and I will make sure that she has the tools and the support needed to perform her duties well,” he says.

Previously dealer support coordinator at BMW Mexico, Cortés grew up in Mexico and studied international business administration in Mexico City, then an MBA in the UK.

Roxen’s customers include Shaw Media, Schibsted, Grupo Nación, NHST, Mentor Medier, Mitt-i, Transcontinental Media, Publimetro and Colorado Community Media.
