News Corp Australia executive chairman Michael Miller will keynote a virtual conference for Indian audiences next week.

WAN-Ifra’s Indian Media Leaders eSummit is being held from July 18-20 from 3-5pm Indian Standard Time.

Miller’s topic – One Million Subs and Sustainability – was on the agenda for WAN-Ifra’s World News Media Congress in Taiwan. He will take audiences through “the perks of an audiences-first strategy”, relating how News achieved the milestone million for its digital properties in Australia.

Also on the digital sustainability theme, Schibsted’s Fredric Karen is set to talk on ‘key lessons in digital transformation’ on July 18. Karen is senior vice president of editorial (digital transformation) at the Swedish publisher.
