Lineup recruits from client to set up 'bespoke training'

Lineup has recruited Claire Mitchell from client KM Media Group as part of a plan to help customers improve finance functions.

Currently Mitchell - who was finance director for the Kent, UK, publisher - has been working with North American clients Gannett and Toronto Star in deployment and project delivery.

The company says the move was "amicable". She had been a key member of KM's project implementation team when Lineup deployed its web-based advertising sales solutions.

Her new title of customer success manager (finance) will see her help major media brands create high performance finance functions as Lineup pioneers strategies to help publishers increase advertising sales and streamline operations. As part of this, she will help customers extend their use of the company's platform and help to embed new functionality with "bespoke training and coaching".

Chief executive Michael Mendoza says customers will benefit greatly from Mitchell's knowledge and first-hand experience.
