Smart Folks honoured with WoodWing award

Australian digital integrator Creative Folks has been honoured by WoodWing Software for a project for local automotive services company Harrier National.

They were presented with the developer's Software Integration Award at its Xperience.

Harrier - a customer retention management company serving the car industry - uses cross-media marketing, CRM solutions and data management to provide dealerships with tools to enhance customer relationships.

Creative Folks integrated Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and WoodWing's Elvis DAM for Harrier using Jitterbit, leading to the launch of its new Ignition dealer portal.

Maarten Reinders, WoodWing's chief commercial officer, praised Creative Folks' ability to "execute our vision" on a technical and business level. In the Harrier project, they conceptualised and transformed an archaic environment, "in a matter of weeks rather than months". Harrier National is now capable of further enhancing their data systems with new and improved functionalities, previously impossible on their old platform.
