Press control and measurement systems developer QIPC-EAE has appointed Frank Münch as its country manager for the German market.

The group says the appointment comes during a period of further development expanding its international team across several disciplines and regions, strengthening capabilities in engineering, customer support, service and innovation.

Chief executive Tom van Holten says that with the recent support of Holland Capital, the group has created a strong basis for its continued development. “We remain committed to supporting our customers worldwide through investment in technology, expertise and service.

“Frank’s experience in building organisations and leading international teams makes him an excellent addition to our company. His leadership will further strengthen our German organisation and help us continue delivering the quality and reliability our customers expect from EAE.”

Münch brings more than 30 years of international management experience, having led organisations through periods of growth and transformation, while building stable and customer-oriented operational structures.

The company said he was known for his ability to connect people, processes and technology. “Frank has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams in international environments. His leadership approach focuses on collaboration, organisational development and long-term customer relationships.

“As country manager Germany, he will focus on strengthening customer relationships, further developing the German organisation and supporting the continued delivery of EAE’s technology and service solutions.”

Münch says he is looking forward to joining QIPC-EAE and working with customers and teams in Germany. “EAE has a strong reputation in the industry, and I am excited to contribute to the next phase of the organisation’s development and customer support.”
