After selling their Graph-Tech AG inkjet business to Domino last year, the company’s founders have launched a new solutions-orientated company.

Managing director Piero Pierantozzi says the new Radex AG business will “change the landscape” of industrial inkjet printing.

The same quartet which established Graph-Tech and built it into a global OEM developers are partners in the new inkjet integration company with a team it says has “unmatched experience” in delivering complete solutions for OEMs and end users.

“A complete solution is more than just a printer – it’s hardware, software and consumables all working together as a system,” says Pierantozzi. “Working with companies such as Domino Printing Sciences and EFI Jetrion, we don’t only fully understand inkjet, but also how to help our clients specify, install, and support industrial inkjet systems… implementing delivery incredibly quickly.”

He says Radex stands for ‘rapid development experts’.

The company has access to a range of the latest printhead technologies and relationships with “numerous” consumable vendors.
