Service agents meet 'huge need' in India, Bangladesh

X-Rite Pantone has appointed authorised service centres for its light booths in northern India and Bangladesh.

The Gurgaon of Delhi-headquartered Corpora Consultants will provide local support for X-Rite customers in the north of India, while Corpora Consultants was appointed last year to distribute the company’s industrial solutions, formerly sold under the Gretag Macbeth brand, and their team includes technicians familiar with X-Rite.

Corpora director Naveen Juneja says his company is dedicated to supporting customers in need of service, “and thus we are looking forward to expanding these offerings”.

in Bangladesh, Technocrat Dhaka has been appointed an authorised service centre for the country.. covering X-Rite’s light booths and benchtop spectrophotometers. Technocrat distributes the former Gretag Macbeth industrial range. Proprietor Wohid Uddin Mahmud says there is a “huge need” for colour measurement in the Bangladesh market.
