KBA’s supervisory board unanimously elected Dr Martin Hoyos (66) as its new chairman at an extraordinary board meeting.

This follows the resignation of Heinz-Joachim Neubürger as member and chairman of the supervisory board.

Hoyos (right) had been appointed to the board by the register court in Würzburg, Germany, last October following the resignation of chairman Dieter Rampl. He will stand for election by shareholders at the KBA annual meeting on May 28. He is a former director of KPMG Germany and holds diverse supervisory board seats at medium-sized companies.

The shareholder representatives proposal to fill the vacant supervisory board post left by Heinz-Joachim Neubürger to the register court in Würzburg should take place in the next ordinary meeting on March 20.
