Insights into The Nightly, Seven West’s afternoon news product for Australians “over east”, are included in an upcoming StiboDX Cue days event.
Background to the digital news brand – dubbed a “PDF paper” by a rival outlet – is provided by SWM product manager Brendan Underwood (pictured). Under the title ‘Bold storytelling for a modern audience’, he will tell how what is claimed to be Australia’s fastest-growing digital news brand used innovative publishing to build a national audience from scratch.
Other contributions include Matthew Ericsson on storytelling innovation at the New York Times, Sofie Hvitved on navigating uncertainty, and Markus Franz on how AI-driven agents are transforming collaboration, creation, and communication.
Also, Christian Loiborg will introduce Cue Hive, a native collaboration and planning solution within the platform.
The in-person CUE Days event, being held on November 17-18 in Copenhagen, will have two parallel tracks across both days, with freedom to “curate your own experience” and dive into sessions of choice. More details here.
